Strange dream about engagement ring …?

I had a dream last night that it was my birthday and tons of people came to my birthday celebration my apartment and I was very happy! even my ex (with whom I had a pretty serious relationship) was, in my dream! He gave me the engagement ring and it was great and it was an unusual form of Gold encased in a large square diamond 2 diamonds on the side. However, it continued to decline and a ring of diamonds on the sides did not fit properly! Diamonds continue to fall over and then think of these other places! hmmm no one knows the meaning of this?
