Should my soccer (football) team play 442 or 352?
The 442 would be:
2 strikers
4 midfielders (Right/left wings and 2 center mids)
4 defenders (Diamond formation (stopper/left fullback/right fullback and a sweeper)
OR…
352 would be:
2 strikers
5 midfielders (Left/right wing, left/right midfield, and center mid)
3 defenders (left/right fullback, and a sweeper)
I suggest 442 coz you need strong defense and also coz 4 midfielders are enough. My favorite is 433 like FC BARCELONA and they are the best!!! Good luck with your team!
