Would you buy diamonds online?

Why and where would you buy online and what are the most important things to research to get the best deal? Are hearts and arrows/ the cut of the diamond important?

Absolutely! As far as I’m concerned it would be the best spot to buy diamonds. Sure, you can’t see it in person, but if you know all the 4 C’s by heart and the diamond is certified, you know exactly what you’re getting.

I would likely stick with bluenile or whiteflash. I haven’t done too much research, I’m avoiding buying loose if I can, but I have come across plenty of sites with brilliant loose diamonds.

I love hearts and arrows! I would certainly go for it if it’s in the price range.

You need to determine a price range and areas you’re willing to compromise. For me, I would prefer a smaller diamond that sparkles than a larger one that does not. I also consider cut the of the utmost importance and would sacrifice on clarity for an ideal cut. Do you want your diamond to be colourless? It will cost you. You can get a diamond that is great in every other way though and have it be a bit yellow and it will save you plenty. Just determine what matters to you. When it comes to diamond shopping, no diamond is perfect and the cost is high so you will have to make compromises, that’s what diamond buying is about.
