In what is the best type of lacrosse eye for midda?

Im just noob and this is my first year, and I play lacrosse and I was wondering which midda is the best type of mesh would be. Currently, the eye is difficult for me, but I was wondering what the eye would be the best. And what is the difference between 5, 6, 7, 8 in the eye and the diamond cataplution

Semi-hard eyes. These figures are a number of diamonds through the mesh. Catapult mesh does not understand the joke.
